In theory you could remove the whole head unit and disconnect it, but once again, let the dealer handle it. off to the the dark side.I work with touchscreens, and this feels like a calibration issue. The touch screen in my wife's 2013 Edge limited stopped working. The screen still works its just the touch that will not work. The back up camera comes on when it is shifted into reverse.
