I recommend removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and clean, re-apply the Granite Grip Floor coating.

I recommend removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and clean, re-apply the Granite Grip Floor coating.
