2024 Firing order for 8n ford tractor

Can someone help me with the firing order for my 9N Ford, and also the wire positions on the distributor cap (if read as a clock, to the 1 o'clock position, to the 4 o'clock position, to the 7 o'clock position and the 10 o'clock position). My tr5actor has been running like crap lately, and after checking everything else, I pulled the dist cap, at which time the rotor fell out in three different peices. It was barley running before this happened.
