2024 Ford escape shudder problem

Took it to the Ford dealer where I bought it and they replaced the torgue converter. Luckily it was covered by the 60K drive train warranty. The give away for me at least was the tacometer, watch the RPMs when it starts to shudder you will see the tac jump up and down by about 200 RPMs. Thats the lockup in the converter starting to slip.. The vibration starts at 40 mph and continues to 80 mph. At 72 the passanger seat shakes so bad that it looks like it is comming apart..
