You need to add "OverrideOfficialDifficulty=X". Your max level creatures will be X times 30, so if X is 5.0 your max level is 150, if you set it to 6 max level becomes 180, 7 makes max level 210 etc. After you do this use the command "destroywilddinos" to wipe the old lower level dinos.
