I got 145 questions on nclex - I went over questions/new information 6 days a week and on the 7th day I reviewed all my notes. I took my NCLEX two days after finishing this study plan, I HIGHLY recommend taking it ASAP. I did 50 practice questions a day. Every question I got wrong I wrote down the rationale, did the same for the ones I also guessed on.

i got 145 questions on nclex

Hi everyone, I took the exam yesterday and went up to 145Qs. During the exam i got 42 SATAs, and around 15 first assess & priority Qs. I felt questions are not "easy" so i loose confident. Not sure how to feel.Going off how the NCLEX adapts, I don't necessarily think your pass or fail was entirely dependent on that last question. I mean it certainly could've been, just not the case 100% of the time that someone goes to 145. Plus keep in mind, some people are randomly selected to go all the way to 145 questions, no matter how well you're actually doing.The 1# type of question you should get overall is priority type. Also alot of nclex questions have to do with safety so many questions you can eliminate choices when thinking in a safety mindset. I shall spend more time going over my notes for those areas then. UWORLD: I liked it but our school stopped supporting it and stuck with Kaplan. Questions are harder. MK: GOOD. Good on OB and LABS lecture and of course prioritization are good. After my test: I did my PVT within an hour, got the good pop up.It only took maybe 50 minutes and it shut off at 83 questions. I also failed my NCLEX with 145. First time around, I was guessing like half of the questions, and anxiety got the best of me. To combat this, I used Archer and Uworld rationale notes the second time.I answered about 30-40% of questions on UWorld. I listened to Mark K's lectures on YouTube. For me, UWorld helped me the most, and I found this out after taking the NCLEX.
