Zeus, Ares and maybe posedion could be stronger than Thor. Greek gods just seemed stronger in general. Zeus swinged his sword and destroyed an army. He used a super move and one-shotted an army of titans. Ares sniped Kratos with a building from thousands of kilometers away (kratos was in the middle of a desert and ares was in a city). Thor has absolutely no fucking chance. Kratos killed Zeus, Thanatos, Poseidon, Ares, Hades all of whom are as strong or much stronger than Thor. Only possible reason the fight could be on a slightly level scenario is if Kratos is literally just holding back and fighting Thor at half strength. He killed fucking Cronos ffs..
