Connect the charging pipe with the CVT Fill Pump changer hose. Fill the CVT fluid to a level of around 0.5 liters (1/2 lmp qt) after opening the charging pipe shut-off valve. Replace the dipstick securely and start the engine. Allow the engine to idle for a few minutes to warm up the transmission fluid. With the engine still running, shift through each gear position (Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, etc.) to circulate the fluid. Finally, recheck the fluid level using the dipstick and adjust if necessary.179 posts · Joined 2016. #1 · Dec 7, 2017. anyone know of another Nissan cvt dipstick (with an actual dipstick not just the plug) that direct fits and reads fluid level correctly for the 3rd gen muranos's (z52). i'd like to be able to check fluid periodically and would rather not make something myself if I don't have to. will the 2nd gen ....
