Reply reply Folks, My I-485 case was transferred to NBC on December 8, 2015 and got a mail notice 2 days later. After hearing nothing on the case status, I asked my lawy. My wife’s (dependent) I-485 case was transferred to NBC two weeks back but my case is still at SRC. Are there any instances where dependent’s case got transferred first and the primary is still stuck at SRC. How many days does it usually take for the primary also to get transferred to NBC? If so, likely means your petition is good and transfer is for other items on the 485. Transfer to nbc is good..now they will transfer to some FO and hopefully you will have adjudication within 3 months.. (mine was transferred from TSC to NBC to FO) and e2e it was about 3 months till card in hand..
