Disorienting does ~10k total damage and the Spike does ~13k. Blinding (now Disorienting) grenades have a 25% damage reduction. EDIT: Here's me shooting a Knight with Disorienting, then the same GL, but swapping to Spike. Total damage goes from ~10k to ~13k..
