In my opinion however, as much as I love it, I think torterra is the worst for later game, for fully evolved starters. With how much meta play is in the game a lot of teams run u-turn or flip-turn on fast pivots and so many teams have ice type checks like ice shard or ice type hp that just shut torterra down thanks to how slow it is. 2.
